Home Weatherization for Income-Qualified Customers
Depending on your household income, you may qualify for a free assessment plus up to $14,000 in energy-efficient upgrades and up to $2,500 in health and safety improvements — all at no cost to you.

- A free energy assessment helps you identify ways to save energy around your home and includes the installation of energy-saving upgrades
- Insulation improvements help lower your energy costs and keep your home more comfortable throughout the year
- Air sealing helps improve comfort and efficiency by sealing the gaps and cracks through which air can escape

Eligibility
To qualify for free home weatherization, you must:
- Have an active Elizabethtown residential account. Note: Renters must complete the landlord permission form
- Live in a single-family home, townhome/condo, or multifamily building with less than four units
- Heat your home with natural gas
- Have a combined household income of 250–400% of the current federal poverty guidelines listed below:
